Where and why does anger come from?
Anger can be a productive emotion, or it can have a destructive effect on a person. What reasons most often lead to our anger?
There is not a person on the planet who does not experience feelings of anger. It manifests itself in acute and vivid discontent and irritation. Anger can be short-lived, coming on suddenly and disappearing just as abruptly. Or it can accompany a person throughout most of his life. And this is truly destructive.
It often happens that a person experiences anger simply because his temperament is “explosive.” In it, any emotions are reduced to aggression. This cannot be fixed, but it is necessary to work with it. Otherwise, a person’s temper can lead to the loss of valuable and meaningful relationships.
What reasons provoke anger?
As you understand, there are a huge number of them. But let’s talk about the most common ones!
They don’t understand us
That’s it. Moreover, we can explain, prove, and convince with all the skill of a speaker, but they still don’t understand us. This drives you into a frenzy, sometimes uncontrollable. Sometimes it seems to us that a “stupid” person is simply mocking us. But even this assumption does not help calm down.
Our expectations were not met
Let’s be honest: we very often want much more from others than they are able to give us. And the moment we come face to face with this fact, it becomes terribly painful, offensive…
