The boss is not sugar

Not everyone works for themselves, not everyone has “dear” bosses. And if you started reading further, then there is clearly a misunderstanding between you and your boss, or your friend/close person.

To understand your boss, I suggest one type of role gradation.

1. “Primitive leader”

such a boss does not want to care about either employees or the work process itself.

He is concerned about money. It is very difficult to fight him. Due to his way of analyzing and making decisions, he is difficult to interact with. The boss doesn’t see the connection between caring about people and performance.

You can find a common language with him based on common values. But is it worth it? Either you break yourself or change jobs.

2. “Production manager”

the boss cares as much as possible about his production/product/clients, but not about his employees. However, these same employees ensure an effective work process. The boss’s logic: there is only one process, but finding people is not a problem.

You can work with him if you agree with his values. Then he will respect you. If, of course, you are ready for harsh decisions and night work. And voila, career growth is in your hands! But at the same time, there are psychosomatic diseases, problems with relationships in the team and in personal life.

An excellent option is to create a team with an employee who will take on relationships…
