He began assigning me work on the principle that I was very young (or rather, green, as my boss puts it) and no one could do it better than me. But what should I do in general, and how can I learn to refuse such people who do not know when to stop and have no conscience?”

In truth, everyone should do what their job description promises them to do. Yes, you can help take the office to another office, meet a colleague from another branch at the entrance, and deliver important documents to the desired organization along the way. But taking responsibility for another person’s responsibilities is simply a crime against oneself.

You, like all executive and mandatory employees, must “stand watch” within the framework of your position and be responsible for the quality of execution only of your workload. Help is possible and necessary. But you don’t have to shift and take on someone else’s official burden.
