Stress is common. It is increasingly encountered at school, where students experience a feeling of overload and excessive tension. A person pays for stress both on the physical and mental levels; the negative impact of stress affects productivity, creativity, and other areas of life.

The causes of stress are quite numerous (this also applies to difficult aspects of work, daily conflicts, blows of fate, constant feelings of guilt, various fears). There is an interesting paradox that demonstrates that when talking about life satisfaction, many modern people refer to the material side of life and put existential issues in the background… While at the end of the last century, studies by various authors showed that the consequence of unlimited (material) opportunities was a low probability of self-realization , increased mental suffering, depression and fear.

With prolonged stress, there is a high risk of depression. The effects of constant or chronic stress lead to the same number of heart attacks as smoking, high blood pressure, and obesity. This is why it is so important to recognize the symptoms of stress and respond appropriately. The sooner a person recognizes the presence of stress, the faster he can react and cope with it.
