Short-term strategic therapy was born in the USA, more than 50 years ago, in 2000 it received a new round of development in Europe, including in one of the best European schools in Italy. Brief Strategic Psychotherapy (Short-term Strategic Therapy), School of Management, Research and Clinical Institute, Italy.

In 2004, a conference took place, one of the main attractions of which was the work carried out in line with the model of short-term strategic therapy (Advanced Brief Strategic Therapy), developed and improved by Professor Giorgio Nardone. The method has established itself as the fastest and at the same time effective way in solving various kinds of psychological problems.

Advantages of the method:

1. Time , in most cases, people expect to get professional help without spending most of their lives on it. We hold 7–10 meetings, this is relevant in our fast-paced times.

2. Vicious circle. Solving a problem on your own becomes part of the problem and overextends it. The therapist’s task is to break the vicious circle formed between fruitless attempts to resolve the problem and its resistance. The condition for completing this task is to understand “how” the problem works, and not “why it exists”, or “due to what” it arose. Thus, the effect of our work is not in insight, not in analysis, not in the search for childhood traumas and archetypes of behavior, but in processes natural to our body and psyche that we can control.
