Life hacks for studying with ADHD (translation)
User derieri writes about the college experience from the perspective of someone with ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder). This diagnosis significantly impairs a person’s ability to concentrate and get things done, but nothing is impossible if you use the right tools.
This article is both a resource for others and a reminder for me of habits that will need to be rebuilt as I begin graduate school this fall.
The techniques described can help target executive dysfunction and focus on the obstacles that hinder people with ADHD in school and work.
