At the same time, my personal experience, scientific research and client cases confirm this.

Coan conducted the “Lost in the Mall” experiment within the framework of the Mandela effect: Coan told his family four stories from childhood, one of which was about how Coan’s brother got lost in the mall, and was completely ❗ made up .

But Koan’s brother not only believed in a non-existent story, but even added a few details ‼

Neuroscientists have discovered that the brain physically rewrites memories through memory reconsolidation. He does this in order to save us from madness. Because as we develop, we change and the way we acted in the past can cause us a huge number of difficult feelings: guilt, fear, shame, confusion, etc. At the same time, rewriting memories we get the feeling that we acted in the past in in line with current developments.

This is also why, undergoing personal therapy and observing client cases, I am increasingly convinced that the only cause of harm and good in our lives is OURSELVES.
