If you are fired from your job
The reality is that anyone who is an employee may be at risk of being fired.
Losing a job is a serious stress, especially for those people who, for various reasons, will find it very difficult to find a new job, for example, pensioners, people of pre-retirement age. It can also be very difficult to find work in small towns and villages, where there are a lot of jobs — often relatives and acquaintances are hired first.
In such cases, along with looking for work in your city, you can also consider remote work options. Some companies hire employees from other cities to work remotely.
I suggest to other people not to consider possible dismissal a serious threat, but to be morally and, what is also very important, financially prepared for it (i.e., have a financial cushion).
If you work in a company, you see what is happening in it, how good or bad things are, how layoffs occur, who is fired and for what reasons, in what situations. And you, as a reasonable person, can predict the situation and “try it on” for yourself.
It won’t be news to anyone if I say that companies can fire people for absenteeism (this applies to a greater extent to ordinary employees in production, warehouses, etc.) or showing up at work while intoxicated.
