I resign from my leadership position
A girl, let’s call her Dasha, came to me and told me the following story:
“In any company I work for, I grow to a certain position, but I never agree to the position of manager that is offered to me, I move to another company and start everything from scratch there. It’s like I’m running away from a promotion. Objectively, I can really handle a leadership position. But psychologically something is constantly bothering me… I want to figure out what is stopping me from accepting a new professional rank…”
