This article is primarily for mothers of small children. Who often don’t have time, don’t get enough sleep, are neither calm, nor healthy, not fed, and much more.

That’s what this period is like. Which, of course, passes quickly, and how great it is to experience it without neuroses, with the opportunity to enjoy this time.

But if suddenly there is a woman next to you who recently gave birth, perhaps this will also open your eyes to some things, help you better understand her, the situation, and maybe tell you how to better help your loved one.

“I can’t cope with the child!”

“I’m not at all happy about the baby, and the older child does everything out of spite.”

This is how problems, complaints, and sometimes a cry from the heart can often sound.

Hello. Let me support you. And just mentally hug with warmth.

I work quite a lot with similar situations, so I will draw your attention to some points that I encounter in my work.

Of course, in such situations, the mother really lacks her resources and basic rest. Sleepless nights, hormonal changes, sometimes misunderstanding on the part of loved ones, a lot of things to do, some of which are completely new. Hence the breakdowns.

There are various psychological methods that allow a mother to gain access to resources, regain her strength and learn to find time to rest.
