Freedom and meaninglessness. How to put yourself back together.

I often write on the topic of loss of meaning and crisis, but rarely mention what is a lifeline in the space of meaninglessness. I apologize in advance for the fact that this article cannot in any way be scientific, but rather reasoning supported by personal experience. In other words, this is my opinion acquired in the field of personal work.

So, the initial state is the state of a person who has lost his semantic support. A person’s lack of meaning in life often cannot be self-diagnosed. He is rather ready to conclude that he has no desire to get out of bed, do something, go somewhere. And only then, as a result of a chain of reasoning, can he admit that he simply does not see the point in all this. I have described this condition several times HERE and I see no point in describing it in detail again.

Lack of meaning is usually accompanied by oppressive thoughts and expectations. A person often thinks about what will happen to him or his wards if he remains in a state without desires, aspirations and motivation. These thoughts often flow in the background in his mind, regularly causing a state of apathy and fear of an unclear future. An unclear or sad future is projected by elementary logical inference.

“What will happen to you if you can’t do anything now?” — a person thinks secretly from everyone.
