Drawing as a means of relaxation
Art therapy… what is it for? From the English art — art, that is, treatment with art, the impact of art on the psycho-emotional state of a person.
First of all, it is a means of relaxation, a way to turn on the work of fantasy and thereby feel like a creator creating a work of art. At the same time, mood improves and self-esteem increases. A person finds the opportunity for creative self-expression. This is important, because when engaged in any kind of creativity, a person comes into a state of complacency, which greatly improves his health. During the creative process, worries, worries, and problems are forgotten.
There are a large number of art therapy methods and techniques, but my favorite is drawing. The process of drawing in itself relaxes and brings a person’s internal state to harmony. A surge of creative energy heals, helps correct emotions, removes internal pressures, and restores internal balance. In this process, a person gets a lot of pleasure.
What problems is the drawing method suitable for solving?
- for those who are “stuck” in a bad mood,
- for people who are stressed (and who is not stressed now?),
- for those who have emotional burnout,
- chronic fatigue syndrome,
- low self-esteem,
- negative perception of oneself,
- irritability, conflict,
