Do you have a program to be happy and be yourself? Test yourself.
I work a lot with women who cannot hear themselves, find their place in the world, or believe in their capabilities. They often say that their life has lost its colors, they don’t hear themselves, they don’t know, they don’t feel support inside, they don’t understand what they like and what they don’t.
It is difficult for them to express their feelings, emotions, desires. Many have been accustomed to suppressing them since childhood and still do this. And they form their opinions about themselves based on other people’s statements and by comparing themselves with other people.
Result: life seems to pass by and there is no particular meaning, joy, or inspiring goals.
Plus, strained dependent relationships are built with others, a constant expectation of a catch and tension.
But we need to move on, so we have to somehow adapt to the circumstances and move on with our lives.
And we are designed in such a way that the more often something is repeated in our lives, the more we get used to it.
Frustration from useless attempts to find yourself accumulates. It becomes scary to change something or start over, you give up because you think that nothing will work out or that you have no right to live differently.
And the outside world hints: “Where you are going, this is not for you.”
