What communication style do you think you use most often? In fact, there are only 4 of them!

We all have conflicts with people around us, minor misunderstandings and misunderstandings from time to time. This is quite normal, but such things can all be avoided. How? It’s all about what communication style you use when interacting with people around you.

Passive style

He is characterized by a quiet voice, fussy intonations, frequent apologies and multiple manifestations of uncertainty in his own words. People who use a passive communication style are terrified of responsibility. It is difficult for them to speak in the first person, to use categorical statements and formulations, even if internally they are completely confident in something.

Aggressive style

This style of communication is characterized by emotional pressure on the interlocutor. People with an aggressive style, on the contrary, very often use affirmative and categorical expressions, which seem to not give the interlocutor the opportunity to disagree with them. Often this type of communication leads to conflicts and disputes, which do not always end in consensus.

Passive-aggressive style

This style of communication is characterized by a combination of the first and second types of communication. A person internally experiences strongly negative emotions towards the interlocutor, but cannot express them openly (and does not want to, since he avoids conflicts)…
