Chronic fatigue syndrome. How to cope with overwork?

Chronic fatigue syndrome (overwork, neurasthenia) is a serious problem that can lead to negative consequences for a person’s physical and mental health.
This syndrome often affects responsible and serious people who find it unacceptable to throw away all important matters, since they are responsible for the result. Accordingly, they think that only they can cope with the tasks assigned to them, and no one can replace them. Moreover, they are sure that if they don’t, then everything will collapse!
However, it is this responsibility and seriousness that is the main reason for the development of chronic fatigue syndrome, and here it is very important to reduce your load.
