This Art Therapy practice “Circles” using the neurographic method will lift your mood in 20–30 minutes 👌 Now it is especially relevant in our difficult times. When we worry about ourselves and our loved ones, we are under information stress, and even the autumn weather does not always please us.

Therefore, today I decided to offer a resourceful and time-tested practice that will give you a feeling of inner harmony, calm and good mood.
