The author of the online publication My Morning Routine, Benjamin Spall, spent five years interviewing 300 of the world’s richest people to find out their habits that help successful individuals live prosperously. He then processed the resulting information, analyzed it, and came up with six simple actions that successful people perform on weekends. Let’s find out what the world’s most prosperous individuals do on Saturdays and Sundays.

1. Get enough sleep

The survey results showed that successful individuals sleep at least 7 hours and 29 minutes. This is how much time such famous people spend in their sleep: Apple CEO Tim Cook, Twitter and Square creator Jack Dorsey, Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, Amazon.com founder Jeff Bezos and others.

Of course, not everyone can afford to sleep so much due to various factors, which include a large amount of work, household responsibilities, and the presence of small children. Therefore, weekends should also be used to get enough sleep. However, this does not mean that you can sleep four to five hours a day on weekdays and spend both weekends sleeping. It’s so easy to throw off your circadian rhythms.
